1. Discovery
We begin with a comprehensive initial consultation. You’ll have space to share your full health story from symptoms, to diet & lifestyle to medical history. I’ll ask questions, listen deeply and begin connecting the dots. We use a functional lens, which allows us to dig deeper than a diagnosis, or lack thereof. We believe your symptoms, and listen to what your body is trying to tell us.
2. A Personalized Plan Just for You
Based on your goals, lab data, personal preferences and unique needs, we craft an actionable nutrition and lifestyle plan. This includes food recommendations, supplement protocols, further nutrition investigation and supportive lifestyle shifts tailored just for you. We start with small, attainable goals to build into sustainable long-term habits.
3. Ongoing Support
You’ll never be left to “figure it out.” Through regular follow-ups, we’ll track your progress, celebrate wins, navigate setbacks, and adjust your plan as your body evolves. You’ll receive education, tools, and compassionate accountability to keep you on track.
4. Empowerment & Long-Term Health
My goal is to empower you with knowledge and confidence in your body’s ability to heal. You’ll not only feel better — you’ll understand your health in a whole new way. I am here to support through the new challenges which may arise in each new life stage.

Wholehearted Nutrition Counseling
The nutrition counseling package is my bread and butter. It allows us the time we need to uncover the root cause of your health concerns and symptoms. It not only includes nutrition education— but also the time to unwind some of the stories you may have about food and health. THIS is where the magic happens.

1 Initial Deep-Dive Session (90 min)

Meal Planning Made Simple
For busy women & families who want to pass off the task of “What’s for dinner?”
I take into consideration food preferences, food intolerances & allergies, desired time in the kitchen, budget, skill level in the kitchen and kitchen tools available to create a truly personalized meal plan. My meal plans are always intended to be a helpful starting place. I always encourage adding a personal twist on these recipes and utilizing what you already have on hand.
